Any item may be returned (with original boxes and tags, unused, unaltered, unwashed and accompanied by a receipt) within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, credit or exchange. Additionally, any merchandise that arrives damaged may be returned, per the instructions noted on this form. Items returned after 30 days require that you call our store (843-722-1776) and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Without this RA#, the merchandise will be returned to you at your expense. Items returned after the 30-day period will be on an inspection basis only. Returned items must be shipped prepaid through a trackable carrier to be able to validate delivery. Sorry, COD shipments are not accepted. Return and exchange shipping costs are at customer’s expense, unless through an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Valuable items should be insured. Merchandise that has been personalized (hemmed, engraved, monogrammed, used, washed, etc.) can not be returned.
